What is the minimum amount of time for which I will be charged?
For attendant care (hygiene and comfort services) you will be billed a minimum of 4 hours; for nursing care, you will be billed a minimum of 1 hour.

Can I meet my care provider ahead of time?
Yes, if you sign a long-term agreement. Unfortunately, we can’t arrange this for occasional or last-minute requests.

Are attendants allowed to administer medication?
No, unfortunately. You will require a nursing assistant at the very least.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa and AMEX only.

If I require services over an extended period of time, may I always have the same care provider?
We prioritize continuity of care, and will try to provide you with the same person every time.

Will you keep a file on my case?
Yes, a computerized file will be kept up to date, in our secure facilities. A complete Nursing Record will be kept if we provide you with nursing care.

Who provides the supplies?
You must provide all medical supplies. However, we can help you obtain them. Our nurses always have extra supplies on hand.

Will my care be supervised by a nurse?
Yes, at all times.
